Description
  • ABRADUR V1000 is a chromium carbide hadsurfacing welding electrode specially formulated for hardfacing parts that are subject to the following wear factors: severe abrasoin and corrosion, moderate impact, and heat exposure
  • The weld metal deposit typically contains 3.5-4.5 Carbon and 35-37% Chromium and therefore exhibits exceptional wear resistance from hard minerals, particles, and rocks 
  • Features smooth weld bead deposits and easy striking / re-striking properties
  • Typically used in in repair and maintenance of parts subject to mineral abrasion, such as conveyor screws, mixer blades, and excavator bucket edges
