NHF-ST1R

Specification
AWS Specification: AWS A5.13 ERCoCr-C
JIS Specification: N/A
Other Specification: N/A
Description
  • NHF ST-1R is the highest hardness standard alloy in the group of cobalt alloys used for elevated temperature abrasive wear associated with corrosion
  • Deposits of this alloy contain large amounts of chromium carbides that provide high abrasive wear resistance
  • Addition of tungsten enhances high temperature hardness and matrix toughness for excellent adhesive and solid particle erosion wear resistance
  • Bonds well with all steels, including stainless steel
