  • For joining HY-90, HY-80, T-1, and other high tensile strength steels
  • Dry the electrodes at 350-400C for about one hour before use
  • Adopt back step method or strike the arc on a small steel plate to prevent blowholes at the arc starting
  • Keep the arc as short as possible
  • Pre-heat at 50-150C before use
