  • Welding of 60 kgf/mm2 class high tensile strength steel for pressure vessels, penstocks, bridges, offshore constructions, vehicles, and machinery

  • Dry the electrodes at 300 - 350C for 30-60 minutes before use
  • Take the backstep method or strike the arc on a small steel plate to prevent blowholes at the arc starting
  • Keep the arc as short as possible
  • Preheat at 50-150C before use
