  • Welding of 9% Cr-1% Mo steel used for super-heater tubes of high temperature, high pressure boiler, and heater tube for refining industries
  • Primarily for petro and petrochemical industries
  • ?Dry the electrodes at 325-375C for about one hour before use
  • ? Preheat at 250-350C and post heat at 720-780C
  • ? Adopt back step method or strike the arc on a small steel plate prepared for this particular purpose to prevent blowholes at the arc starting
  • Keep the arc length as short as possible
