I. APPLICATIONS: 

For welding similar 309 and 309L alloys or joining 300 series stainless steel to carbon or low alloy steels.

II. DESCRIPTION:

NT-309L is a highly quality low carbon solid stainless steel rod for the Gas or Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG) and MIG welding of highly alloyed 309 or 309L type stainless steels. NT-309L/NM-309L is also suitable for the dissimilar joining of other 300 series austenitic stainless steels to ferritic steels.
