I. APPLICATIONS:

Welding of AlSl347, AlSl321 and AlSl304L. And Low carbon grades of these.

II. DESCRIPTION:

NSS-347L is a lime-titania type stainless steel electrode, which may form the deposited metal of 19%Cr-9%Ni-Nb austenitic stainless steel virtually free from spatter. As the weld metal contains stabilizing element Nb, it has excellent resistance to the intercystalline corrosion and heat resistibility. Peeling-off the slag is very good.

III. INSTRUCTION FOR WELDING:

 

  • Clean weld are in order to prevent from decreasing the corrosion resistance caused by interblending carbon to the deposited metal.
